RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns on custom orders and made to order pieces. If you have any question about a piece, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@francescalacagnina.com. We are happy to provide any additional photos and details or to talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after the item has been received.  

  • Jewelry needs to be unworn and undamaged.  

  • Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Please ship with required adult signature, insurance for the full value of purchase and tracking information to ensure your return arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost items. 

JEWELRY CARE 

We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase as it is our goal to create pieces that will be love. Take care of your piece with love! 

To clean your piece of jewelry, soak it in warm soapy water and gently clean with a soft bristle toothbrush to remove any buildup of dirt. 

Take particular care of your gemstones.  Remove your rings when exercising, cleaning with chemicals, or doing any kind of physical rough work. 

  

REPAIRS  & JEWELRY CARE 

 

It is our goal to create pieces that will be loved and worn for generations. 

Should your piece need to be repaired, please email us at info@francescalacagnina.com and we’ll assess it on a case by case basis and will be subject to a repair fee.  

  1. For all repairs, please email info@francescaslacagnina.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number (RA#) to get an assessment and estimate of the repair you need. 

  2. Mark your receipt with the (RA#) and include it when you mail us the repair. 

  3. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification. 

  4. Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with original receipt, packaging, bubble wrapped and in a sealed box. 

  5. We recommend that you insure the package for the full value of the original purchase. 

  6. Please ship repairs with required adult signature authorization, insurance and tracking information to ensure your repair arrives safely. 

  7. Be mindful that guarantee of coverage for repair does not include work that was done on the piece by another jeweler or if it’s been worn outside the bounds of acceptable wear.
