One of my favorite things is collaborating with clients to make custom pieces. I love helping to realize a dream, working with you to create a unique piece that reveals your personality and story.
The first step to creating a custom piece is by filling out the form below with as much details as possible, then we can follow up with an email, phone call or video conference if needed. I suggest you take a look at my website and Instagram page. Acquaint yourself with the style of my work and note which pieces speak to you. When you have a sense of what you ‘d like, please reach out to info@francescalacagnina.com, we’re happy to help and will respond promptly.
Time frame for creating a finished piece can range between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of design and approval process.
If you have a piece of jewelry that you’d like to repurpose, we can do that.
Unfortunately, we cannot reuse the gold from the ring you want to repurpose due to the challenges of mixing different colored metals. We’d be happy to send your gold to a refiner for you and apply the credit to your order for the amount of money received.
All custom orders are final sale and non- refundable.
A 50% down payment is required for custom work to begin
Once down payment is made for custom work, a customized order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.
